Refund policy

All sales are final. Bougie Funk does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

In the event that an order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us at support@bougiefunk.com within seven (7) days of delivery. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Bougie Funk. We do not process returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for items purchased through third-party stockists, retailers, or received as gifts. Any concerns regarding such purchases must be directed to the original point of sale.

Bougie Funk reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
